By accessing flyethio.com or completing a booking through our platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services. These Terms apply to all users of FlyEthio's website and mobile application, including travelers, agents, and any other persons who access or use our services. FlyEthio reserves the right to update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

FlyEthio (Ethio Travel Services LLC) is a travel agency and online booking platform that acts as an intermediary between travelers and airlines, hotels, and other travel service providers. We do not operate airlines or control the services provided by airlines. All flight bookings made through FlyEthio are subject to the terms and conditions of the operating airline(s) in addition to these Terms. Ticket prices, availability, and fare rules are set by the airlines and may change without notice. FlyEthio uses the Amadeus Global Distribution System (GDS) to access real-time inventory and pricing.

3.1 Booking Process Bookings are not confirmed until you receive a booking confirmation email with a valid booking reference (PNR) and e-ticket number. A booking request does not guarantee ticket issuance. 3.2 Pricing All prices displayed are in US Dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise. Prices include base fare, carrier-imposed fees, and applicable taxes. Prices may fluctuate until payment is fully processed. FlyEthio reserves the right to cancel bookings in the event of pricing errors. 3.3 Payment We accept major credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and approved mobile payment methods. Full payment is required at the time of booking unless a payment plan has been explicitly agreed upon in writing. Credit card charges may appear under "Ethio Travel Services LLC." 3.4 Service Fees FlyEthio charges a service fee for facilitating bookings. This fee is non-refundable in all circumstances, including cancellations and schedule changes. The service fee will be clearly displayed before you confirm your booking.

4.1 Airline Refund Policy Refund eligibility is determined by the fare rules of your specific ticket (see our Fare Rules page). Many promotional and discounted fares are non-refundable. Where refunds are permitted, they are processed back to the original form of payment. 4.2 Processing Time Airline refunds typically take 7–21 business days to appear on your statement after we submit your refund request. FlyEthio's service fee is deducted from all refunds where applicable. 4.3 Cancellation by FlyEthio In the event of a booking error, pricing error, or airline cancellation, FlyEthio may cancel your booking and issue a full refund. We will notify you promptly via the email address provided at booking. 4.4 Voluntary Cancellations To cancel a booking, contact FlyEthio at info@flyethio.com or call 703-997-9644. Cancellation fees may apply as per the airline's fare rules plus FlyEthio's applicable processing fee.

5.1 Passenger-Initiated Changes Date changes, route changes, and name corrections are subject to airline-imposed fees and fare differences. Not all fares permit changes. FlyEthio charges an additional amendment service fee on top of any airline fees. 5.2 Airline-Initiated Changes Airlines may modify flight schedules, routes, or cancel flights. If your flight is significantly disrupted (more than 3 hours), you may be entitled to re-routing or a refund under the airline's conditions of carriage. FlyEthio will assist you in coordinating with the airline. 5.3 Name Changes Most airline tickets are non-transferable and names cannot be changed. Minor corrections (spelling of up to 3 letters) may be possible. Contact us immediately if a name error is discovered.

You are responsible for: • Ensuring all passenger information entered at booking is accurate and matches travel documents exactly. • Holding a valid passport with at least 6 months validity beyond the travel date. • Obtaining all required visas, entry permits, and health documentation for your destination. • Arriving at the airport within the airline's recommended check-in time. • Complying with all airline baggage policies and restrictions. • Reviewing your booking confirmation and e-ticket for accuracy upon receipt. FlyEthio is not responsible for denied boarding, missed flights, or travel disruptions resulting from failure to meet documentation or check-in requirements.

FlyEthio acts solely as an agent for airlines and other travel suppliers. We are not liable for: • Flight delays, cancellations, or schedule changes made by airlines. • Lost or damaged baggage (claims must be made directly with the airline). • Personal injury, property damage, or loss occurring during travel. • Disruptions caused by force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or government actions. FlyEthio's total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid to FlyEthio for the affected booking. We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

Your personal data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By making a booking, you consent to us sharing your personal information with airlines, the Amadeus GDS, and other relevant service providers as necessary to complete your travel arrangements. All content on flyethio.com including text, graphics, logos, images, and software is the property of FlyEthio or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Fairfax County, Virginia. If you have a complaint or dispute, please contact us first at info@flyethio.com. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly. If a resolution cannot be reached, you may pursue alternative dispute resolution through the American Arbitration Association.
